Welcome to The Plug Co.. By accessing this website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, approving artwork, issuing a purchase order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

1. Company Information

The Plug Co. is a UAE-based business supplying packaging products, customized branded materials, consumables, cleaning products, and related business supply solutions across the UAE and GCC region.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An order shall be considered confirmed once any of the following occurs:

Written confirmation via email or WhatsApp
Payment is made in full or partially
A quotation is approved
A purchase order (LPO) is issued
Artwork or specifications are approved
Production has commenced

The Plug Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Quoted prices may vary due to:

Raw material fluctuations
Supplier pricing changes
Shipping costs
Currency fluctuations
Market conditions

Unless otherwise stated:

Prices are in AED
Delivery charges are separate
VAT may apply where legally required

Quotation validity periods may apply and will be stated where applicable.

4. Payments

Payment terms shall be agreed separately between The Plug Co. and the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Production may not commence until required payment is received
Outstanding balances must be cleared prior to dispatch or delivery
Late payments may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of orders

The Plug Co. reserves the right to:

Refuse future orders
Suspend ongoing production
Withhold deliveries
Recover legal, collection, or administrative costs associated with overdue payments

5. Customized & Printed Products

Customized, branded, printed, or made-to-order products are produced strictly according to customer-approved specifications.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying and approving:

Artwork
Spelling
Design layout
Colors
Dimensions
Quantities
Product specifications

Once approval is provided and/or production begins:

Orders cannot be canceled
Modifications may not be possible
Refunds will not be issued except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect supply

Digital mockups and screen previews are for reference purposes only and may differ slightly from final printed production.

6. Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to industry-standard manufacturing and printing processes, minor variations may occur in:

Color shades
Print alignment
Material texture
Sizing
Finishing
Packaging
Quantity

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a quantity tolerance of up to ±10% shall be considered acceptable.

7. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimated only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

The Plug Co. shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Suppliers
Manufacturers
Couriers
Customs clearance
Government actions
Import/export restrictions
Weather conditions
Force majeure events
Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery, collection, or handover to a courier or logistics provider.

8. Inspection of Goods

Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods upon delivery.

Any claims relating to:

Damaged products
Missing items
Incorrect products
Manufacturing defects

must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery to:

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

The Plug Co. reserves the right to inspect, collect evidence, request returns, or reject unsupported claims.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Customized, branded, printed, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless proven defective or incorrectly supplied by The Plug Co.

10. Product Use & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products are suitable for their intended use, storage conditions, and regulatory requirements.

The Plug Co. shall not be responsible for:

Improper storage
Product misuse
Incorrect handling
Improper application
Third-party modifications
Use outside intended purpose

Customers handling food-contact products are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations and usage standards.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, branding, logos, graphics, quotations, mockups, and materials provided by The Plug Co. remain the intellectual property of The Plug Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Plug Co.’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the supplied products related to the claim.

The Plug Co. shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential losses
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Delayed operations
Reputation damage
Third-party claims
Loss resulting from delayed delivery or product misuse

All products and services are provided on an “as available” and “as supplied” basis unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Availability
Continuous operation of the website
Error-free functionality
